How it works
The PMS holds your reservations, rates and guest details. The Channel Manager keeps every OTA pointed at that same data. The Booking Engine is your own page where guests can book directly — reading from, and writing straight back to, the same PMS.
Why one source of truth matters
Without a shared source of truth, keeping four OTA calendars and your own front desk in agreement means updating each one by hand, every time a room sells anywhere. Miss one, and the same room gets sold twice. Innloop™'s PMS is the one place a booking is ever actually recorded — the Channel Manager and Booking Engine both read and write against it directly, so there's nothing to keep in sync by hand in the first place.
A booking, start to finish
A guest books on Booking.com. The Channel Manager picks that up and blocks the room in the PMS immediately — so it can't also be sold on your own booking page, or double-counted the next time availability pushes back out to every other OTA you list on.
A guest books straight from your own website or an ad. It lands in the same PMS a front-desk booking would, at the full rate — no OTA commission — and the Channel Manager pushes the updated availability out to every OTA right away.
