Questions owners ask
Is the price per property or per room?
Per property, per month. The room counts are a guide to which plan fits — a 12-room guest house on Starter isn't locked out, we'll just suggest Growth when it makes sense.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up, use everything for 14 days, and pay only if you want to continue. If you don't, your account simply becomes read-only — nothing is deleted.
Is innLoop Food really included?
Yes, in every plan. Your guests order from your own kitchen or from partner restaurants, and pay before the food is cooked. There is no extra software fee for it. See /food for how it works.
What about GST?
Prices shown are before GST. 18% GST is added on the invoice, which you can claim as input credit if your property is GST-registered.
Will the price change on me?
The price you sign up at is locked for 12 months. Paying yearly gives you two months free and locks it for that year.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. In Kerala we visit and set up your rooms, rates and staff logins in person. Elsewhere we do it over a video call. Setup help is included with the Pro plan and available on request for the others.
